Periodised Programmes are available if you're heading for a particular goal in a certain time period.

"Periodising" your training is the key. Instead of doing the same routine month after month, you change your training program at regular intervals or "periods" to keep your body working harder, while still giving it adequate rest, programmes available for:

Goal Setting
Before starting your exercise regime, first session will include goal setting, including what you want to get out of training with Fighting Fit and what realistic timescale your want to achieve this by. What are your likes and dislikes? Do you have any injuries/medical conditions?
