ONE TO ONE TRAINING
Available for special hire for youth clubs, schools, colleges, fitness centres or sport groups. For males and females, classes are kickboxing based and can include realistic Self Defence training from Jeet Kune Do.

The training will include:

  • Padwork to develop technique and power
  • Drills to develop speed, flow and accuracy
  • Fitness, strength development and flexibility work
  • Self Defence from the Jeet Kune Do
All equipment will be provided and ongoing training is available.
